Help:Templates

Amboxes/Head Boxes
Ambox means Article Messagebox. As the name mentions, these templates should be placed at the top of a page. They create a box with notable information.
- Template:InUse (used to highlight articles that are actively undergoing a major edit. Using this is important when starting to make revisions to a page to prevent another editor from editing the page while you are present. Placing this at the top of the page editor and saving the page first before making edits is how this works.)
- Template:UnderConstruction (used to highlight articles that are undergoing a series of edits. It is as the title suggests, when the page is being expanded overtime, this is the perfect use.)

- Template:Rewrite (used when an article or sections of a page need a complete revision or rewrite.)
- Template:Merge (used to highlight articles that are candidates for merging with another article. If there is a page that has info that really should be on another page, tag that page with this headbox.)
- Template:Move (used to highlight articles with a request for a name-change.)
- Template:Split (used to highlight articles that need division. If there is data on a page that should be separate and be its own page, tag that page with this template.)
- Template:Expand (used to highlight articles that need expansion. Only used if a page has no headbox and has hardly any content on it.)
- Template:Delete (used when an article needs to be marked for deletion - read here first before using.)
