Engine Efficiency (EE) value is a % reducing on the travel time of your flight. For example if your Engine Efficiency is 50%, a trip that would take 20 minutes will take 10 minutes instead.
Engine Efficiency is capped at 80% maximum (75% from mods, 5% from sectors boost), but has no minimum cap. Engine Efficiency can be increased or decreased by Engine, Utility, Sensor Mods, and sectors Boosts. Furthermore, every ship has a different base Engine Efficiency.
