There either will be a red link that reads {{red|Game Interface/LocationName/Mods}} which you can click to create the subpage. Or there will an existing page with an image, in which case you will have to look above where you see the '''''View History''''' button and hover over the '''''More''''' button and then proceed to '''''Subpages''''' where you can find the existing page you want to add the Mod data to.
