Space police

The Gemini Station security force is dedicated to eliminating the growing pirate activity. GSS ships will scan pilots are random, searching for pirate ties. If any are found, the GSS ship will attempt to intercept the pilot. If their targeting roll beats the pilot's evasion rating, their ship will be attacked, their engines will sustain damage, delaying they're arrival time by 2-15 minutes.
