Patch 1.0.1 Launch Patch

We're two weeks into the live game and we've been busy crushing bugs, patching exploits, and making content and game mechanic tweaks based on all of the feedback you've been sending us. Here are the patch notes of everything we've done so far since our January 1 launch:

Guilds

• Added a 24 hour cool down between when a trade war ends and when a guild can initiate another trade war.
• Changed base guild size from 10 to 25.

Guild Influence

• Added a new Guild Influence currency that can be used to purchase GP (50,000 GI) (system being finalized) and is needed to declare a guild war (10,000 GI) .
• GI is earned from hacking, draining (PVP/NPC), traveling, boosting (PVP/NPC).

UI Updates

• Added cargo hold capacity and usage to top menu bar.
• Added current location reputation to top of the screen.
• Changed the Gem warehouse numbers to default to the max possible items to transfer to the warehouse.
• Other ships in your guild are gold in scan results.
• A red star will appear on the mod listing on the Mod Sell and Mod Breakdown pages if that mod has been favorited.

Encounters

• Changed player shield and armor values from percentages to true values.

General Updates

• Added clarity of features to several pages.
• Military and Commercial Mod Frames have no import locations now. They are solely used in mod crafting.
• Added 150 Logistics Officers to the Crew Lounge rotation that increase cargo space.

Admin Tools

• Added the ability to ban players from the game...thanks.

Game Mechanics

• Increased XP gained from PVP combat from target ship level * 2 to target ship level * 4.
• Fighters
  • Changed base ship attack stats from +1/+2/+3 to +5/+7/+10
• Freighters
  • Changed base freighter defense stats from +2/+3/+4 to +1/+3+/5

Exploits

• Fixed a major exploit related to jettisoned cargo (Donnie).
• Fixed a major exploit related to selling goods (Catastrophic).
• Fixed a major exploit related to debris scanner (Catastrophic).
• Fixed an exploit where trade items could be sold to locations in batches to bypass the transaction XP cap (CodenameSparks).

Bugs

• Fixed a broken image for Tier V Mod Components.
• Fixed an issue where crew were giving 10% of listed benefits.
• Fixed an issue where the shields and armor were not updating on mod install and load out install/uninstall.
