Usage

This template can be used by entering the following onto their userpage or if they have an existing link to an awards page.

{{Awards/AWARDNAME|Oscillator|message= MESSAGE OF APPRECIATION. ~~~~}}

This parameter will display a message celebrating the receiver of the award. It should be formatted as message=message ~~~~
