Encounter: Martian Smugglers

We have detected several small fleets of smugglers from Mars. Most Martians deal with import taxes on their goods, but a few more nefarious pilots would rather make a run for it and try to bypass customs.

Those filthy Terrans are still smarting from the beating we gave them during the war. If they think they can park their little spies around Mars, then they're in for a surprise. We've detected a wing of spy drones; take em out and you'll be rewarded.
