To use this template, simply copy <code><nowiki>{{Unblock}}</nowiki></code> onto your talk page. This will add your talk page to [[:Category:Block appeals]], as to alert an administrator of your appeal.

Once a decision has been made regarding the block, set the '''complete''' parameter to any HTML comment or simply leave it empty. This will remove the page from the category. Filling in ''denied'' or ''true'' will mark it as (un)successful, respectively.

If there is a discussion on a user's unblocking, put <code><nowiki>{{Unblock|name here}}</nowiki></code>.
