Mason Jays is a Metallurgy Scientist from Mars. Mason Jays is first introduced in the main storyline of Gemini Station and is supposedly dead after an attack in the Martian laboratory. Mason Jays however has a nice demeanor, slightly worried about outside interferers, and also very quick in making important discoveries. Mason Jays is also one of the more humble characters in GEM, not necessarily like of the tone of [N8] in referring to life forms as meatbags or Suros' sassy manner at times. Trivia
Mason Jays is a fan of scavenger hunts. In the remembrance mission for Mason Jays he also makes a reference to cigarettes as the cause of his death(and his family), which is either a warning not to smoke or a reference to a joke made a long time ago.
